It starts at the counter

When you drop off your garments, let us know about any stains, spills, or areas that need special attention. The more information we have, the better we can choose the right cleaning methods and stain treatments.

Each item is then tagged with a barcode so it can be tracked throughout the cleaning process. From there, garments are sorted by fabric, colour, and the cleaning method they require.

Choosing the right cleaning method

Not every garment is cleaned the same way. Depending on the fabric and the manufacturer's care instructions, your clothing may be:

• Dry cleaned
• Professionally wet cleaned
• Laundered
• Hand washed
• Sent for specialty care, such as leather cleaning

Some garments also receive stain treatment before cleaning, while others are cleaned first and inspected afterward. Every item is evaluated individually.

Cleaning and stain removal

Dry cleaning uses a specialized cleaning solvent instead of water to remove oils, grease, and many common stains while helping protect delicate fabrics. Professional wet cleaning uses water along with specialized equipment and solutions to safely clean garments that benefit from this process.

After cleaning, every garment is inspected. If a stain remains, our stain removal specialists use targeted techniques to treat them. Occasionally, the garment is cleaned again to remove any treatment residue.

The finishing touch

Once cleaning is complete, garments move to our finishing stations, where they are steamed or pressed to restore their shape and appearance. Careful finishing helps your clothing look crisp, polished, and ready to wear.

A final quality inspection

Before your order is packaged, every garment goes through a final inspection. We check for remaining stains, missing buttons, pressing quality, and any other details that need attention. If something doesn't meet our standards, it goes back for additional care before it's returned to you.
