How Do Best Care's 24-Hour Pickup Lockers Work?

It's simple.

When your order is complete, we can place it securely in one of our pickup lockers. You'll receive a text or email with your locker number and PIN so you can access your order at your convenience.

No rushing to make it before closing. No rearranging your day. Just pick up your garments when it works for you.

How Do I Request Locker Pickup?

You have a few options:

• Let us know when you drop off your garments that you'd like locker pickup.
• Reply to your Order Ready Notification and ask us to place your completed order in a locker.
• Ask us to update your customer preferences so your orders are automatically placed in a locker whenever they're ready.

Once you're set up, we'll take care of the rest.
